Bill Neill thinks this one is.

It was growing right on the trail with oak around.  The cap measured 4".

It stains brown slowly, showing where I poked it:

The spore print is starting to appear from this one.  It is basically the same brown color as the stain above.

Some critters sure like the taste of it:

This definitely is not pretty :o)
