The cap grew from about 1.25" to about 3".

This second one grew correspondingly.

Below is where I removed the 8" mushroom and in the process removed some of the bark from the stump.  Twelve days later new growth in the form of white stuff oozing out of the stump.

I wonder where it will grow a stem?
