Stem attached to a net of a root system so it takes some force to rip out the mushroom.

Hollow, semi-stuffed stem.

Looks like double walled, chambered and spiny.  Spores about 8 microns.

Noah and Darvin think it is Laccaria bicolor based on the violet colored mycelium at the base of the stem.
