Very stout and wedge shaped. As shown
it is 5" high with a 2.25" stem and 2.75" cap. It is 1.75" deep on the
bottom and 1" deep on top.

According to Roger Phillips's book the Amanita that was attacked was rubescens,
flavorubescens, frostiana, or bisporigera.
