Darvin DeShazer identified it as Leucocoprinus fragillissimus
It also could be Leucocoprinus magnicystidiosus according to this page:

Sorry about the fuzzy picture.  Remember that "a picture is worth a thousand words".  This one might be reduced to 500 :o)


Notice the ring material and the slender stem.  The gills were white.
