That looks like 3 rings. Three years old?
Here is a an interesting 2 toned jelly fungus that is about
one inch in size, on a small twig.

Bill Neill thinks this might be Tremella mesenterica that was bleached out by
rain. We have had over 7" of rain this month.
Here is a 4" polypore with a lumpy cap, growing on a dead
Aspen.
