First King?
Has all the characteristics of a King
but I failed to use ammonia test to rule out X. separans. I left it in a
basket for 24 hours and one section liquefied into black ooze. By the time
I thought of using ammonia on the other half section it too dissolved.
From previous experience I find this the characteristic of X. separans. If
a mature X. separans gets wet in a rain it soon after turns to black ooze.
