More Spore Pictures of Inonotus obliquus

I put up about 7 slides to pick up spores from the samples I put on them. These samples, about a square inch in size, were taken from different parts of the fruiting bodies so the results varied. The darkest print had a hint of yellow in it. I was surprised to get any spore deposit, at all, since the tubes were parallel to the slides when the samples were put down. Now that I have larger samples, with wood backing, I taped a slide to the fruiting body and then stood it up so that the tubes were pointing down. This way I hope to get a thicker spore print.
In this picture is what I assume is a
strand of mycelium. I noticed a lot of these dark, round things of
different size. Could these be immature spores? On either side of
the mycelium are spores that appear to be a little further in development.

Here are more of those black balls.
