Young with caps about 1.5".  Growing under oak.

Older with largest cap about 2.5".

Section turned dark blue to almost black.

After about 5 minutes there was some brown.

Spore print was olive-brown.  Spore 11.5 x 3.8 microns

Noah Siegel suggested  that it might be "Boletus speciosus or something close to it."  Since there was no reds or pinks in the cap color I would say it fits the description of Boletus speciosus var. brunneus.
