Odd mushrooms in Grafton

This is a Smooth Chanterelle which appears to have caps growing on the cap.

Here is a Parasitic Bolete a couple of hours after picking.  Still attached to the host Pigskin Puffball.

Here it is about 1.5 days later.  I kept the puffball in a bit of water.

Normal Smooth Chanterelle spores - 9.6 x 5.8 microns.

Abnormal Smooth Chanterelle spores - about the same size

No apparent difference.
