Waxy Cap model #2.  Small cap, about 3/4".  Noah Siegel makes this to be Hygrocybe marginata var. marginata

On 6/25/10 I identified this mushroom as:

Scarlet Waxy Cap
Hygrophorus coccineus

Larger cap, about 1.5".

Underside of larger one.

Spore print white.  Spores 6.7 x 3.8 microns.
